We put the “FUN” back in fundraising, making it easy for you to earn money for your organization the creative way! Busy Bees supports our local community through the arts. In times of need, the studio would like to help those that are seeking assistance and aide.
Host a Pottery Painting FUN-raiser!
Pick a night, promote your event with family, friends, and co-workers. We will donate 20% of your group’s total sales to your organization. We require a $35 studio fee as well as an $18 minimum per person with a minimum of 10 participants. Maximum of 75 people.
Host a Canvas Painting FUN-raiser!
Pick a night, promote your event with family, friends, and co-workers. We will discount our normal canvas painting price from $30 to $25 per person for our Adult size 16″ x 20″ canvas or $20 to $15 for our Kids size 12″x 12″ canvas . You then set the price to charge each participant and keep the difference! We require a $35 studio fee as well as a minimum of 10 participants. Maximum of 40 people.

VIRTUAL Canvas “FUN’RAISING
Pick your date, time, and canvas design. We will create an online order form for you to use to drive participation to your virtual event. Once orders are in, projects can be arranged to be picked up or delivered to your location. ($10 delivery charge for locations over 10 mile radius of our studio)
Participants will be emailed the virtual fundraising link and be guided through a fun, virtual art party.
Post event, Busy Bees will issue a check for the funds you earned payable to your organization.
It’s a great, safe way to raise awareness, “see” your friends, and create art.
PRICING: $35 Zoom Instructor Fee. We require the below pricing per canvas. You then set the price to charge each particpant and keep the difference.
Adult 16×20 size canvas: $30 each
Kid 12×12 size canvas: $20 each

Raise money through this priceless addition to your school or organization. Your supporters buy tiles that they have fun painting. You can choose a theme for your tile wall or just see what happens. We glaze and fire your tiles. You install and grout. We require the below pricing per tile. You then set the price to charge and keep the difference. We require a minimum of 20 tiles purchased.
4″ x 4″ tile: $8 each
6″ x 6″ tile: $12 each
