Scout parties are 1 1/2 hours long. Snacks and drinks are allowed. Please see below packages and pricing.

CLAY PINCH POTS:

Ages 5+ Earn a  Busy Bees® Pottery & Arts Studio “I Played with Clay” patch!

COST: $35 Nonrefundable Studio/Registration Fee

$23 per scout (patch included) minimum of 6 scouts

INCLUDES:

• An explanation of what clay is and how to store and care for it.
• Make a Pinch Pot with provided Clay. (coil pot upon request)
• Paint a ceramic 4″ tile.
• A brief discussion on glazing and kiln operation.
• Receive an “I Played with Clay” patch from Busy Bees
• Projects available for leader to pick up & distribute 1-2 weeks after event.

POTTERY PAINTING:

Age 5+ earn a Busy Bees® Pottery & Arts Studio “I Painted Pottery” patch!

COST: $35 Nonrefundable Studio/Registration Fee

Price per Scout varies depending on cost of pottery chosen (minimum of $20 pottery piece per scout) minimum of 6 scouts

$3 per Scout added to total for patches earned.

INCLUDES:

• An explanation of what Pottery is & how it is made.
• Instructions on how to use Pottery paint.
• A brief discussion on glazing and kiln operation.
• Receive an “I Painted Pottery” patch from Busy Bees.
• Projects available for leader to pick up & distribute 1 week after event

CANVAS PAINTING:

Age 7+ earn a Busy Bees® Pottery & Arts Studio “I Painted Canvas” patch!

COST: $35 Nonrefundable Studio/Registration Fee

            $28 per Scout (patch included) minimum of 6 scouts

INCLUDES:

• Paint our specially designed Scout Campfire Painting on a 12X12 canvas OR you may choose one of our Kid Approved Designs from our website.
• Follow our Busy Bees Instructor step by step in painting the same design.
• Receive an “I Painted Canvas” patch from Busy Bees.
• Project taken home at conclusion of event.

Mosaics:

Age 7+ earn a Busy Bees® Pottery & Arts Studio “I Made a Mosaic” patch!

COST: $35 Nonrefundable Studio/Registration Fee 

            $28 per Scout (patch included) minimum of 6 scouts

INCLUDES:

• Paint a Scout Logo Mosaic Base OR a Campfire Mosaic Base. Once painted, add mosaic tiles to accent your design.
• Learn about the traditional way to mosaic vs the way we will be mosaicing.
• Receive an “I Made a Mosaic” patch from Busy Bees.
• Project taken home at conclusion of event.

Glass Fusing:

Age 10+ earn a Busy Bees® Pottery & Arts Studio “I Fused Glass” patch!

COST: $35 Nonrefundable Studio/Registration Fee

Glass Suncatcher: $28 per scout (patch included)

Glass Nightlight: $36 per scout (patch included)

Minimum of 6 scouts. Maximum of 12 scouts

INCLUDES:

• Choose our Suncatcher package or our Nightlight package. (cannot guarantee the same color base for each scout).
• Instructor will give brief discussion on how glass tools are used.
• Receive an “I Fused Glass” patch from Busy Bees.
• Projects available for leader to pick up & distribute 1-2 weeks after event.
