Book Your BYOB Adult Party!

PRICING:
Reservations Required. $170 is due at time of reservation. This includes your $70 non-refundable studio fee, as well as $100 deposit towards party cost. (*IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TEN PEOPLE ATTENDING WHO ARE NOT PARTICIPATING THEN THE $100 IS NOT REFUNDED).
We require minimum of $40 (+ tax) per person (Minimum of 8 people) paid at least two days before event through our sign up link. If project chosen the night of is over $40, the difference will be paid that night. If project chosen is under $40, the difference is NOT refunded and CANNOT be applied to another attendees project. All attendees must participate and all attendees must pay through the link (including the host).

REFUND POLICY:
$100 of your deposit can be applied to party cost the night of your event, or refunded to your card. HOWEVER, if you have more than ten people attending who do NOT participate then you do NOT receive the $100 back.

Refunds cannot be given once attendees register for this event.
Deposit can only be credited if cancelled two weeks prior to event via email to springfield@busybeesart.com. Verbal cancellations are NOT accepted.Party can be rescheduled ONCE (within 6 months) without losing deposit.

PAYMENT & TIPPING:
As stated above, the minimum per person is owed two days prior to party. If any balance is owed the night of the event please know we only accept cash or card as payment the night of event. (We do not accept checks, money orders, or Venmo at this time). If tipping your party host on a credit card, please let cashier know beforehand so they can enter it manually (there is no tip option on the receipt). Otherwise, cash tips are gratefully accepted!

RULES:
You may bring in any outside food & drink that you wish. We do not supply paper/food products. NO CATERING, CROCK POTS, HOT PLATES, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC FOOD DEVICES ALLOWED.

You may also decorate with balloons and table cloths as you like, as long as the decorations are removed when you leave. NO PINATAS, NOISE/CONFETTI POPPERS ALLOWED.

ADULT BYOB Parties are 2.5 hours long. Guests must arrive within the first 15 minutes, and must be cleaning up and checking out within the last half hour. Painting & Food are done in first two hours. Last half hour is for checking out and clean up.
