Reservations Required. $50 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation. This will be deducted from your party total the day of your party (Unless you run past your party time, in which the $50 is then kept). Party can be rescheduled once without losing deposit if you email to reschedule no later than 14 days prior to party date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to springfield@busybeesart.com. Any parties rescheduled more than once will lose $50 deposit.
Party packages are charged at the rate of up to 10 kids (including the birthday child). Package price is not lowered if you have less than ten painters.
Party package prices are non-negotiable. We will create a custom package upon request for an additional fee. Contact springfield@busybeesart.com to discuss your needs.
Projects selected for the party must be completed during the party time.
Unused/unfinished pieces will not be released or refunded.
Balance due at the end of your party. CASH OR CARD ONLY (We DO NOT accept checks, money orders, or Venmo at this time). Birthday parties allow a MAXIMUM of 20 painters.
Due to space limitations, parties are drop off and parents should be informed to pick their children up 1 ½ hours from start of the party. Birthday Parents are required to stay! Other parents are welcome to stay and paint in the studio during the party time at their own cost.
You may bring in any non-alcoholic outside food and drink that you wish. Please remember your paper/food products. No Catered food allowed. No hot plates, or other heated devices allowed.
You may also decorate the party room as you like, as long as the decorations are removed when you leave. No tape on the walls, or hanging things from the ceiling. No noise makers, confetti poppers, Balloon towers/arcs and NO PINATAS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The host family is responsible for pick up and distribution of all party items. The studio does not store party items for pick up for individual children.
The party room is reserved for the time designated per package. Failure to leave the party room promptly will result in a forfeit of your $50 deposit.
Be mindful of incoming birthday parties and closing hours. Party cannot go past 10 minutes after end time. No exceptions. Gifts/Presents must be opened at home, NOT at Busy Bees.
Prices subject to change at any time. Pottery pieces will be available for pick up 10 days after your party. All other projects go home the same day.
